Resilient Teams. Safer Workplaces. Stronger Organisations.

At RSO Partners, we work with leaders and teams across diverse industries to build safe, healthy, and high-performing workplaces.

We specialise in helping organisations meet their legal obligations around psychosocial hazards - and go beyond compliance to build cultures of resilience, trust and psychological safety.

Whether you’re in health, mining, education, emergency services, or corporate leadership, we help you future-proof your people and your workplace.

Beyond Compliance

Beyond Wellbeing

We understand the pressure of modern leadership:

• Growing mental health risks

• Complex legislative changes

• Limited time and stretched capacity

That’s why we deliver clear, efficient and proactive support. We guide your organisation through the design and implementation of a Psychosocial Wellbeing Plan - while also building real capability in your team.

02

What makes us different?

We bring a positive and practical lens to workplace wellbeing and risk. Rather than leading with fear, we focus on strengths, solutions and systems that work. Our process is:

• Evidence-based and psychologically informed

• Grounded in compliance, but focused on culture

• Designed to reduce resistance and build engagement

• Led by experienced psychologists who understand real-world complexity

03

How we work with organisations

Our process is collaborative, consultative and tailored:

1. Initial consultation

Meet with your leadership team to plan the project scope, clarify your priorities and map a project delivery schedule.

2. Kickoff workshop

Resilience First Aid Starter Training (RFAST) — building awareness and collecting initial data.

3. Employee insights

Gather narratives and insights through individual staff interviews or focus groups - to discover what staff are experiencing at work.

4. Organisational data review

Analyse relevant indicators - including absenteeism, claims, incident reports and survey data.

5. Hazard identification & risk assessment

Identify, prioritise and assess psychosocial risks across your workforce.

6. Mapping & co-designing controls

Audit what’s working and co-design practical improvements in: Work design, Organisational culture and Personal and team resilience.

7. Final plan

Receive a fully compliant and clearly structured PSHRMP with support for implementation.

8. Ongoing partnership

We offer coaching, consultation and training to embed the plan in your organisation and meet evolving needs.
